The safety and well-being of our guests are the priority for Gran Barrio, which due to its design of open air corridors and low availability of rooms together with the following measures and protocols, will help us to reduce the level of risk in the event of this COVID-19 contingency:
Upon arrival
- Take your body temperature
- In case of symptoms such as fever or flu, access to the hotel will be denied and the reservation will be cancelled.
- Installation of sanitizing mats at the hotel entrance.
- Antibacterial gel dispensers
- Mandatory use of masks inside the hotel facilities.
Sanitization of rooms
- An exhaustive cleaning and disinfection procedure has been implemented for the rooms before, during and after your stay.
- Rooms sealed after cleaning and disinfection.
Common areas and corridors
- The hotel is designed with ventilated areas and external corridors whose spaces will be continuously disinfected.
- Hand sanitizer in the accommodation and common areas
- All our collaborators are fully trained on biosecurity protocols, which is why they use masks and face masks at all times.
- Physical distancing in common areas.
